                                                COLD WATER


 It is recommended to drink cold water after workout as it helps in regulating your body temperature 

                                           

                                                  NORMAL WATER 


  Drink one glass water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion . Remember not to drink too soon before or after meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices . Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients


                                                 HOT WATER 


That said , many people feel benefits from this remedy, especially first thing in the morning or right before bed. when drinking hot beverages research recommends an optimal temperature of between 130 and 160 degree Farad ( 54 and 71 degree C) temperature above this can cause burns or scalds. 


NOTE : With may personal experience the hot water is very useful for the digestion .
